Relocating entire peto-chem plants, anything from small extrusion units to entire refineries, takes a bit of thought!

Beginning from first principles Ailsbury have developed an asset management system and materials control technique that does the job. Tried and tested over at least six major relocation projects, we know we can deliver, and that when your plant arrives at site, the clients’ control of machinery and materials is assured.

Using custom designed match-marking and tracking software developed for and tested by us over the course of the past few years Ailsbury match-mark plant as its stands, and record it on a combination of drawings and databases. In conjunction with other companies we can offer as an added development “3 Dimensional Modeling” complete with asset marking giving a total over view of the project.

With the information required to locate and place each part in the rebuild safely recorded, it is then used to develop comprehensive rebuild plans, from delivery to site, through unpacking, refurbishment, storage, job scheduling, prep work and fitting.

road and barge and loading aboard ship of thousands of tones of heavy machinery,
